Bitez shares delivery information of the client with our third-party logistics provider. Our logistics services provider is obligated to protect client information and will not use it for any promotion or marketing purposes.
All incoming/outgoing voice calls & messages may be recorded for internal quality and training purposes.
All credit/debit card details and personal information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

Complaints
Under the terms of this paragraph, the Customer may file a complaint regarding the Services specified in the Regulations, as well as defects in the subject of the Sales Contract.
The complaint shall be submitted to the e-mail address of the Service Provider. A complaint should include the following details of the Customer: first and last name, e-mail address, description of the case, and in the case of a complaint regarding a Sales Contract, proof of concluding the Contract.
The Service Provider will endeavour to respond to the complaint within 3 working days of its receipt.
The Service Provider is obliged to provide the Customers with the subject of the Sales Contract without defects.
